Management companies and businesses are qualified to use Experian (TRW), TransUnion and Equifax. Unfortunately, Equifax does not permit home-based businesses or individual owners to use their service.

Once we receive the following items, it will take approximately 1 business day to set up your account. You will be notified by e-mail once your account is set up.

1. Please include the following:
 
A. One (1) of the following two items:

• 3 new or previous rental applications
       -and/or-
• Proof of membership in an Apartment Association.     


 

B. Both of the following two items:

• Copy of a current business license. 
       -and-
• A voided bank deposit ticket or check.     

 
*If you are interested in using TransUnion, we will also need a list of all your properties.


 

Membership Department is open from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
