Well, there are potentially two questions you're asking. One question might be can you borrow money (i.e. with a credit card) to buy a foreclosure or as a down payment on a foreclosure? The second question might be can you use a credit card rather than a certified check as your escrow payment if you are the high bidder? Which question are you asking or is there another question you are asking?
